First RFM customer contracts signed in Thailand and Singapore
Over 20 staff from Bolloré Logistics introduced to benefits of RFM
Jungheinrich is ready to support customers in the Asia-Pacific region with its innovative Rental Fleet Management (RFM) solution. With the RFM, which includes a range of services such as fleet optimization, flexibility, reporting and full service, customers can benefit from long-term cost saving and optimal utilization of their rental fleet.
To ensure continuous consulting and sustainable savings to its RFM customers, Jungheinrich teams in the direct sales offices in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand attended a RFM training in Singapore. The training was conducted by Julius Albrecht and Armin Tanha, who are working in the RFM team in the headquarters in Hamburg, Germany. In addition to covering a comprehensive scope on various key components of RFM, the training also allowed the exchange of best practices and strategizing of the RFM solution to meet the needs of different customers in the APAC region.
Armin Tanha, who has experience working in the strategic RFM department in Germany and the sales office in Thailand, mentions, “Nobody knows what tomorrow will bring.
